Acceptance of your reservation is at the discretion of Prosecco Al Fresco. A binding contract is only to ascertain once you have received an email confirming your availability with a unique booking number. Prosecco Al Fresco reserves the right to refuse your reservation for any reason.
By reserving a date, you are in agreement that you are of the legal age of 18 to purchase and consume alcohol. A valid government issued identity card will be requested if Prosecco Al Fresco deems a breach of Alcohol Consumption Law.
When Prosecco Al Fresco is unable to fulfil a reservation for any reason, the Company will advise you by notification immediately and you will receive a full refund only if payment has already been taken.

Terms and Conditions for cancellation of the service will be provided once the reservation has been confirmed in writing by Prosecco Al Fresco.
Termination of Agreements
Prosecco Al Fresco and the Client have the right to terminate the Service Agreement for any reason following direct communication and confirmation with either party. Further Terms for termination of the agreement will be provided in writing upon reservation confirmation request.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the English Laws.
